Bella Terra Homes is a second generation, family-owned business, with deep roots in the Portland area. Chris McGehee, the principal owner & founder of Bella Terra Homes, was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. He began this company to continue his father’s legacy of building beautiful and unique homes that are uniquely designed. Since Chris McGehee took over for his father, he has continually refined and improved his building process and his work continues to reflect his enthusiasm for the tradition of building exceptional homes. Bella Terra Homes is a local organization with a deep sense of commitment to the community and the people who live here. - When excavating a site, we try to make the smallest footprint possible - saving trees and not disturbing surrounding land
- We strive to keep the land and water clean, from the early stages of our construction to the day-to-day living inside a Bella Terra home

- We offer a variety of options in energy efficient heating and cooling systems
